Mural Renovation

The Herne Hill mural under the bridge has been renovated thanks to funding from Lambeth Council and the Mighty Hoopla Community Fund. The original mural was painted in 2015 by artist Lionel Stanhope and we invited him back to return it to its former glory. As one of the most prominent murals in Herne Hill it is seen by many people every day. We hope you agree that the renovation has smartened up the junction a little bit.
