Voting has now closed for the replacement tree at Herne Hill junction, in the planter outside Brockwell Park. Four iconic species chosen by council tree officers to replace the tree that sadly had to be removed in 2023. The selected species will be planted at a size above the “extra heavy” category of tree having a stem girth of 20 – 25cm and a height of between 4.5 – 5.5m above ground level for instant impact.
Votes accepted until 23:59 on Sunday 3rd March.
