Thanks to everybody you sent in their thoughts on our old Drupal website. As already mentioned, we decided to retire the old site and build a new one in WordPress, using the theme we use here (to save time and money) and using the hosting we already have. The new site has now launched – go check it out: www.hernehill.org.uk. It includes an events calendar to show what’s on locally plus a page that pulls in news and comment from social media platforms that relate to Herne Hill. If you would like to include an event or find out how to get your social media post to display on the website, head to our Contribute page.
This does mean that your previous login details will not work on this site, so please register for a new login if you want to add an event.
The new site should be easier to use and less expensive to maintain. We hope you like it.
