I WILL BE PRESENTING MY BUSINESS AND OFFERING FREE TASTER MASSAGES FROM 11-2PM ON 24TH FEB AT THE CAMBRIA, KEMERTON ROAD

I am a BTEC qualified Holistic Massage Therapist registered with Federation of Holistic Therapists. I work from my own massage room in Herne Hill and can often be seen walking Brockwell and Ruskin Park with Henry, my black greyhound.

Using Swedish massage techniques, I aim to tailor each massage treatment to my clients through an initial consultation.  This allows me to understand you and your lifestyle in order that I can treat and advise you as a unique individual.

By massaging and relaxing muscles, holistic massage therapy has a knock on effect on all systems of the body. As well as pain relief and improving muscle tension it can:

-encourage blood flow to extremities, muscles and organs

-improve skin condition and elasticity

-assist hormone balance; increase endorphins; reduce the negative effects of adrenalin

-improve digestion

-relax parasympathetic nervous system

-encourage relaxed, deeper breathing

-improve posture and mobility

Prices include free tea and consultation. The consultation is not included in your massage minutes.

30 minutes - £25.00; 60 minutes - £45.00; 90 minutes - £65.00
