Funding and Tendering opportunities

 

·          The London Borough of Lambeth X-it Programme - Tendering opportunity

Expression of interest to tender for the roll out of the X-it Programme for young people (aged 14-19) at risk of offending and gang membership.  Lambeth Council through the Children and Young People's Strategic Partnership (CYPSP), has made a commitment to the roll out of the award winning X-it Programme and to develop it into a borough wide programme.  Expressions of interest are sought from well-established third sector organisations who can demonstrate an excellent track record in this field of work.  The successful organisation will be one which can evidence:

·           ability to meet extended output and outcome targets with this challenging target group

·           ability to develop excellent relationships with the community and statutory and voluntary services

·           ability to co-ordinate packages of needs led personal development that will involve integrated working with other services

·           ability to manage a peer led service with flexibility whilst maintaining tight risk management

·           a proven track record in this area of work

The contract is initially for a 2 year period with a possible extension of up to another 2 years, pending annual review.
