Have you seen the wonderful pumpkin shop window displays for Halloween? If you pop down to the Railton Road area of Herne Hill you will see the fantastic 3D pumpkins that the pupils of Rosendale School have created as part of the Local Greens art competition ‘a pumpkin’s life isn’t just for Halloween’.  One of the Rosendale classes even has a blog about it.

You will find the winners in Herne Hill books and Winkworth’s and the rest in Just Williams and on the The Flower Lady’s barrow. Congratulations to all the winners and many thanks to local artists, Josie for organising the project and  Ania, a for helping to judge the competition.
