The nest cups were given to me, but I live in East Dulwich and unfortunately do not have house martins nesting near me. These nest cups are made by the German company, Schwegler and would be ideal for anybody living around the Burbage/Turney Road area, as this is where house martins nest locally. This is a great way to help our local birds, as the population has declined over the last few years. The nests need to go under eaves and should be out of the sun. If you do not have nesting birds you can attract them to new sites by playing their calls! I can get you a sound file if you want to try this.
