Wanted: 2bedroom flat in Herne Hill to rent
I am looking for a two bedroom flat for my three year old son and I, in Herne Hill, starting 14th July. I hope to find somewhere we can stay at least a year and hopefully beyond, having lived nearby for the last six years.
I do not smoke or own pets, and we would look after the property as if it is our own. (I have co-owned a flat previously so I imagine what a private landlord may feel like!) In fact, I am confident we are leaving our current rented flat in a better condition than when we arrived - we repainted rooms and added bits and bobs for our and future tenants' convenience (with the landlord's permission!).
Ideally, I am looking for a ground floor part furnished flat - although I can be flexible with the part/furnished bit - and two bedrooms, from a private landlord. My budget is up to 250/week.
I can provide great references, deposit and reliability with rent. My background is in the arts and I hold a qualification in teaching in the life long sector.
