Yoga doesn’t have to hurt! Yoga with Chris works gently to build core strength and increase mobility, encouraging strength and ease, reducing pain. Yoga for anyone, of any age, who wants to slow down and listen to the wisdom within.

Yoga Classes
Iyengar Yoga works with the alignment of muscle to bone, to prevent injury. The stretches strengthen muscles and increase flexibility, co ordination and a sense of well being.
The classes include beginners as well as long term intermediate students. I provide some equipment, where possible bring your own mat and blanket.
