Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan Brixton
At Wu Style Brixton we offer traditional Tai Chi Chuan classes for beginners in a friendly and informal setting.
All ages and abilities welcome!
Wu family Tai Chi Chuan is a traditional Chinese martial art with a 150 year lineage.
Regular practice improves balance and co-ordination, reduces stress and helps to develop core strength and power, a relaxed focused mind and a healthy resilient body.
Every Thursday 7.30pm - 9pm @ Brixton Community Base
Membership is £30 per month or you can pay a drop in fee of £10 per class.

Yoga Classes
Iyengar Yoga works with the alignment of muscle to bone, to prevent injury. The stretches strengthen muscles and increase flexibility, co ordination and a sense of well being.
The classes include beginners as well as long term intermediate students. I provide some equipment, where possible bring your own mat and blanket.

We have been running fitness classes for the last year in Herne Hill.
Circuit Training, Personal Training and Pilates are our specialities as we aim to get the community active.
We can help you achieve all your fitness goals for 2011, whether you want to complete a triathlon or simply lose weight and tone up.
We aim to make sure classes are fun and enjoyable whilst still helping to acheive great results.

Miracle Fitness Bootcamps
Miracle Fitness is a fitness company specialising in Fitness bootcamps. These are open to men and women of all fitness levels and abilities, so anyone can take part. The bootcamps focus on body toning, cardio, flexibility, endurance and nutrition. Our philosophy is that fitness can be achieved by anyone, all it takes is a "can do" attitude and participants will be set on a path to a fitter lifestyle.
