On a dark night in one of the finest cemeteries in London, performers will celebrate the living and remember the dead.
On Saturday the 7th of July, from 8pm, storytellers London Dreamtime will assemble a dark night of performance celebrating the living and the dead among the tombs and mosaics of West Norwood’s Greek Cemetery. There will be eerie stories, startling poetry, site-specific music and gothic morris dancing. The event will take place far from an electrical supply so expect acoustic performances from all. The audience will be expected to bring their own candles to light the way. If it rains, performance will continue inside one of the larger mausolea.
